The Phyologenic Tree of Eight Pseudomonas Speices Based on the Sequences of 5S rRNAs

Abstract
We have reconstructed a phylogenic tree based on the previously published sequences of 5S rRNAs from Pseudomonas species. Phylogenic tree of eight Pseudomonas species shows that P. mendocina, P. alcaligens, and P. MA form a very closely related distinct cluster, and that P. aeruginosa and P. fluorescens from another very closely related separate cluster. We have discussed the phylogenic tree with special reference to the subclassification of RNA I group species of genus Pseudomonas.
